GWU’s Leading Antisemites
MADELINE NIZIOLEK
Following the October 7 attack by Hamas, Students for Justice in Palestine at George Washington University projected hateful, antisemitic messages onto the Gelman Library.
“Glory to our Martyrs,” one projection said. “Free Palestine from the river to the sea,” said another.
George Washington University called the projections antisemitic and banned the group for 90 days. They did not otherwise discipline the students, despite the university saying the projections “caused fear and anxiety for many members of our Jewish and broader GW community.”
SJP held a protest after the suspension, during which leaders of several other groups spoke in solidarity with SJP, defending their despicable actions.”
Those groups include GW Black Defiance, UndocuGW, GW Reproductive Autonomy and Gender Equity, the Arab Student Association and the Muslim Student Association.
Madeline Niziolek is a leader of one of these hateful, antisemitic groups.
That’s right. They believe SJP was right to invoke fear in the GW community and that Hamas terrorists are “martyrs.”
As of November 29, those groups carrying out the SJP mission have not been disciplined or suspended.
